01 — The airport journey
Heathrow transfers from Berkshire
Book a Heathrow airport taxi with your price confirmed at booking, flight tracking and meet & greet for arrivals. As the UK's busiest airport, Heathrow handles over 80 million passengers each year. Our Heathrow transfer service is designed around the realities of flying — delayed flights, terminal changes, and early departures. We track every flight in real time, so your chauffeur is always there when you need them. Whether you're flying from Terminal 2, 3, 4, or 5, our drivers know every pickup point and the fastest routes from across our service area. Heathrow has four active terminals: Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal), Terminal 3, Terminal 4, and Terminal 5 (British Airways hub). Our chauffeurs are familiar with all terminal pickup and drop-off procedures, including the short-stay car parks and dedicated chauffeur meeting points. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central terminal area; Terminals 4 and 5 have separate approaches.
02 — Meet and greet
The arrivals sequence at Heathrow
- Movement timing is checked before dispatch.
- The recorded landside meeting instruction is followed.
- Passenger, luggage and onward address are confirmed at the agreed point.

03 — Direct airport journeys
Every published taxi route into Heathrow

04 — The passenger handover
One instruction reaches the onward car
Passenger, meeting point, luggage and onward address remain together through the landside handover.
05 — Before departure
Collection details set the plan
We record the full collection address, booked terminal, requested arrival, passenger contact and every substantial luggage item before the chauffeur leaves. For departures, the terminal and airline timing determine the set-down instruction. The collection time is planned from the actual address rather than a town-wide estimate. FCET tracks the Heathrow arrival and adjusts the chauffeur's timing when it lands early or is delayed. The chauffeur waits at the agreed public arrivals point with a name board, helps with luggage and follows the recorded onward address.
06 — Terminal handovers

07 — The complete itinerary
Passenger, luggage and onward address
Passenger count and the full luggage list guide the vehicle class. Add pushchairs, mobility aids, sports bags and other substantial items before confirmation. An onward hotel, office, residence or station is recorded as a precise address. Any additional stop is included in the itinerary before travel. A return transfer can be booked with its own flight, terminal, date and passenger contact. Treating each sector separately prevents the outward terminal or collection note from being reused when the return movement is different.
