Arrive at the right venue entrance

For arrival, planning works back from the time the passenger should be through the correct entrance. The road allowance includes every pickup, event traffic and the final walk from the permitted vehicle point. A pass or organiser email may identify a colour route, numbered gate, hall, stand or hospitality reception that the main postal address cannot. Send it before departure so the chauffeur can follow the instruction that belongs to the booking. If stewards change the final point, their direction governs the handover on the day.

During the fixture, the chauffeur clears the arrival lane and waits lawfully under the arrangement made for that movement. Some venues have extensive sites, others sit inside dense London traffic controls, and several use one-way releases after a major event. The saved return point therefore need not match the outward stop. Near the finish, the chauffeur checks access and messages the nominated passenger with the vehicle position. Guests acknowledge that message before walking, meet at the familiar landmark and board together. The onward journey can then connect a home, hotel, airport or station without losing the passenger list and luggage notes held from the original booking.
