01 — Before you book
What to tell us
FCET arranges chauffeur-driven airport transfers from homes, offices, stations and hotels across Berkshire and neighbouring counties. For a departure, we work back from the time you want to reach the terminal, allowing for each collection address, the likely road approach, unloading and your airline's check-in guidance. For an arrival, we record the flight and terminal, monitor the flight and give the passenger a clear public meeting instruction with a name board.
Choose the airport and travel procedure that match your booking. Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City use commercial terminals, while Farnborough private aviation movements follow operator or FBO instructions. Tell us the exact pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, terminal, passenger mobile, group size, luggage and any fixed onward appointment. Include extra stops, child-seat needs, unusual bags, gate codes or reception directions before confirmation. We can plan a direct airport car, a return booking or an onward itinerary to a hotel, office, home or event, with the vehicle class chosen around the passengers and their luggage.

When to leave for the airport
For an outbound flight, decide when the passenger needs to be inside the terminal and allow for the road, unloading and the airline's own guidance. Early collections, several pickup addresses and unusual luggage should be declared before the time is agreed. Flight tracking for airport arrivals supports the timing when an aircraft lands early or late. Airport meet and greet with a name board gives the passenger a defined public arrivals contact after airport formalities. A commercial terminal and an FBO are not interchangeable. Tell us which facility the passenger is using, pass on operator instructions and avoid assumptions about forecourt, car park or airside access. The airport may be only the first handover. Add the complete destination, intermediate calls and fixed appointments so luggage capacity, route planning and communication serve the passenger's whole day.
For a return, keep the new flight, terminal and pickup contact separate from the outward details. A clearly recorded second sector is easier to follow than an informal assumption that every instruction simply reverses.
