Event chauffeur travel, planned both ways

Share the venue, entrance, timings and return plan, and we will coordinate the cars around your guests and the occasion.

01 — Out and back

Plan both directions

FCET arranges chauffeur travel for race meetings, hospitality, conferences, sporting fixtures, entertainment and private occasions. We plan the outward journey around the time your party wants to reach the correct entrance, then give the return the same attention. A defined collection point, lead passenger and fallback instruction are especially useful when crowds, barriers or traffic controls change how cars can approach at the end of the event.

Choose one car for a couple or executive guest, a larger vehicle when passengers and luggage need more room, or coordinated cars when a group has several collection addresses. Tell us the venue, event, date, passenger count, every pickup, requested arrival and expected return. Send any hospitality pass, parking instruction, organiser contact or accessibility need before travel, and identify who can approve a change if timings move. FCET serves events from Berkshire and the Thames Valley into London and across the country, including Royal Ascot and journeys connecting airports, hotels, homes and offices. We will confirm what can be arranged against the venue instructions supplied for your booking.

02 — Arrive for your commitment

When to leave

Use the hospitality reception, gates-open plan or host's requested time as the target. Collection timing should also include additional addresses, unloading and the slower final approach common around busy venues. Car parks, set-down points and traffic controls can change by event or ticket type. Send any pass and written direction before travel so the chauffeur follows the instruction relevant to the booking. A complete passenger count and every collection address help determine the vehicle and route. When several cars are involved, one lead contact can coordinate releases without conflicting messages. Crowds and network demand can complicate the finish. A familiar landmark, realistic time and backup contact instruction give the party something clearer than trying to find a moving car in event traffic.

Before entering the venue, make sure the lead passenger has the agreed collection wording and FCET contact details. That quick check reduces dependence on memory when lighting, barriers or pedestrian routes look different later.
