01 — Experience across sectors

Who we drive for

FCET drives people working in healthcare; finance and legal services; technology and start-ups; sports and entertainment; and conferences and events. You may be arranging one airport collection for a visiting executive, regular travel between offices or coordinated transport for guests whose diaries depend on a dependable handover.

Assistants, travel managers and procurement teams can brief us around the passenger, the fixed commitments in their day and the colleagues who need updates. You will recognise organisations from across those sectors among the teams FCET has driven.

02 — Book · Track · Settle

What a corporate account gives you

Bookers can save regular addresses, assign journeys to cost centres and give individual users permissions suited to their role. That helps an assistant arrange travel for a colleague, a travel team separate project spend and an account administrator control who can book or view company travel.

Live status follows each booking from allocation to completion. For settlement, corporate journeys can be brought together on one monthly invoice, supported by VAT receipts and account reports. The result is a straightforward Book, Track and Settle workflow with less need to gather separate receipts or call the office for routine progress checks.

03 — Procurement support

What we can provide for supplier onboarding

Send your supplier questionnaire or due-diligence requirements when you enquire. A current insurance certificate, DBS confirmation and vehicle standards are available on request, so your procurement team can review the supporting information relevant to passenger transport before the first booking.

FCET’s operator licensing authority is Wokingham Borough Council. The current operator licence details are available on request, together with the contact information your procurement process requires. If your process has renewal dates, document formats or named approval stages, include them early so the office can prepare the right material for the people reviewing the supplier.

04 — Complex working days

How roadshows and multi-office days run

Start with the ordered itinerary, required arrival at each office and the time expected at every stop. Add exact entrances, passenger contacts and any location where the car cannot wait nearby. We then work through the handovers, realistic movement between appointments and the commitment that must take priority if an earlier meeting runs over.

One authorised contact keeps changes clear for the chauffeur and passengers. When the diary moves, the office can reassess the next leg before a delay reaches later meetings, rail connections or flights. For visiting teams, share who arrives together, who travels separately and where luggage or presentation materials join the day. Our corporate chauffeur service explains the planning approach in more detail.

05 — A joined-up guest journey

Hotel and venue partnerships

Hotels and venues are welcome to contact FCET about guest transfers, event movements and dependable onward travel. Tell us how your reception, concierge or event team prefers to hand passengers over, which entrances chauffeurs should use and who can approve a change when timings move.

A useful first conversation covers likely journey types, booking contacts, billing needs and the arrival experience you want guests to receive. We can then discuss an arrangement shaped around your operation and the locations your guests use most often.

06 — Your next step

Start a corporate account

Tell us who will book, who will travel, the journeys you expect most often and how costs should be organised. Add any user-permission, reporting or supplier-approval requirements that matter to your business. The FCET team can then shape the account setup around your working process and arrange a personal introduction to the portal.
