03 — Build in breathing room
Event-day timings
Traffic builds before racing and as the site empties. Allow for approaches through Windsor, Bracknell, Sunningdale or the M3 and M4 corridors beyond the normal journey estimate. The plan includes gathering guests, loading belongings and reaching the entrance. A lunch, hospitality or reception start becomes the arrival target when applicable.
Business or First suits a couple; XL or SUV gives a larger party and extra belongings more room. Several pickups can be arranged in a practical order. Every address affects the first collection time. Groups using multiple cars appoint a lead contact for changes and return release.
