The approach and set-down for LEGOLAND Windsor

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is a theme park on Winkfield Road in Windsor. Winkfield Road distinguishes the resort from central Windsor attractions, and the chauffeur follows the current visitor traffic direction on the final approach. Passenger handover takes place only at the general lawful point directed for arriving cars, not in a moving traffic lane.

The booking records every collection, passenger, visit date and one travelling mobile. We plan against the times on your ticket, allowing for loading, traffic and the walk from set-down. Admission remains separate from the chauffeur booking.

Family collection timing is based on the admission held and the day the passengers intend, including a realistic walk back to the agreed pickup reference. A retained car covers a defined waiting itinerary; drop and collect creates two movements. Neither assumes waiting at the visitor entrance.

Every child seat request, folded pushchair, day bag and overnight case is recorded before FCET confirms capacity. Passengers look after items taken inside. A retained car is agreed in advance; otherwise the chauffeur returns for a timed collection after the adult contact confirms everyone is together.
