01 — Built for working days

Who the corporate service is for

Executive assistants, travel managers, production teams and individual travellers can use the service for a single meeting transfer, recurring office journey or multi-stop day. We record who travels, each destination, update recipients and the response to diary changes. The passenger has a calm cabin and the organiser retains a dependable point of contact.

The business portal supports saved addresses, cost centres and users with individual permissions. An authorised booker can arrange a colleague's travel without rebuilding routine details, while the account associates journeys with the correct team or project. The portal shows live status from allocation to completion. Corporate travel can be settled on one monthly invoice, with VAT receipts and account reports. These stages form the FCET Book, Track and Settle flow.

03 — Complex itineraries

Roadshows and multi-stop days

A roadshow succeeds when the ground plan reflects the diary rather than a list of postcodes. We review call order, arrival targets, dwell time and places where the car cannot wait. Offices, studios, hotels, restaurants and rail connections each receive a clear instruction. The chauffeur follows the authorised contact and next commitment. If a meeting overruns, the following leg is reassessed. Booking contingency covers central London traffic, venue access and tightly timed station departures.

Corporate journeys can connect homes, Berkshire offices and hotels with Heathrow or another airport, then continue into London or a regional meeting. Flight tracking supports arrivals when landing time changes. Airport meet and greet with a name board gives passengers a defined contact. Rail bookings record the station, service time and preferred entrance. Paddington, Reading and other busy stations require an agreed meeting instruction.

05 — Service in motion

The roadshow remains one ordered instruction

The chauffeur works from the passenger list, ordered calls, required arrivals and authorised contact, while live portal status keeps the organiser informed from allocation to completion.

06 — Quiet professionalism

Discretion and operating standards

Business travel can involve private calls, unpublished schedules and sensitive conversations. The chauffeur provides space, avoids unnecessary interruption and follows the organiser's communication preference. Passenger names and itinerary details remain operational details for the journey. DBS-checked chauffeurs are part of the documented service standard. Journey cost confirmed at booking gives the organiser a clear basis for approval before travel. The vehicle class, luggage needs and passenger count are also checked in advance so that the booked car suits the complete assignment.

FCET is based in Winnersh, Berkshire. That position supports early collections around Reading, Wokingham and the wider Thames Valley, as well as journeys into London and onward travel across the country. A corporate itinerary does not need to finish where it began; collection and final drop-off can follow the working day. For larger programmes, share the passenger list, addresses and timing notes as early as practical. We will identify unclear handovers, allow for luggage or presentation materials and confirm the booking contacts. The result is a transport plan that the travelling party can follow and the organising team can understand.
