01 — Ticket-led planning

Start with doors, hospitality and show time

The O2 is at Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We confirm the event date, doors, hospitality and required entry. Ticket collection, security, dining or a host meeting may precede the performance. We work backwards from that first commitment and keep all passenger collections in their real order. If the party begins with dinner elsewhere, add the restaurant as a timed stop within the full itinerary.

The venue address identifies the Greenwich Peninsula, but the practical set-down follows the road access and controls operating for the event. A ticket entrance or hospitality name describes where guests are heading on foot; it should not be interpreted as guaranteed vehicle access to that door. We allow for unloading, the walk from the stopping place, security queues and movement through the large complex. We note accessibility requirements and current venue instructions early so the transport plan can reflect the information available to the passenger.

03 — Across London

Collect from the precise hotel or address

Journeys can begin at a central London hotel, an office after work, a home address, Heathrow or London City Airport. The exact origin changes the approach to Greenwich and the amount of time needed before the show. For several pickups, provide passenger mobiles and decide who is authorised to release the car from each stop. An airport-to-concert plan needs the flight, terminal, luggage and an honest interval before doors. Flight tracking supports the airport collection if the landing moves, but it cannot restore time lost to a tight arrivals process or a late start towards the arena.

First Class may suit a couple or hosted guest, while XL Class can keep a small group together for the outward journey. FCET also offers Business, Business Estate and SUV alongside those classes. Coats, purchases, mobility equipment and airport luggage must be included when selecting the vehicle. When guests expect different finishing plans, two cars may be simpler than one group vehicle. The booking records the passenger split and final hotel or home addresses before the event, particularly when one party will leave after the encore and another remains for hospitality.

05 — Service on the day

The late collection has a clear final address

The chauffeur works from the saved pickup landmark and lead passenger, then loads coats or luggage and follows the recorded order of hotel or home drop-offs.

06 — Late finish

Agree a pickup away from closures

Concert finishes release crowds onto surrounding routes. Closures, stewarding and pedestrian flow may block the arrival point, so we agree a lawful pickup, walking directions and fallback before entry. The return instruction should include a window because an exact final note of the show cannot be assumed. We keep the lead passenger's phone charged, switch it on after the performance and contact the chauffeur before leaving the agreed meeting area.

A late journey can finish at a London hotel, a Berkshire address or another planned location. We record the complete destination, including the town and street, and tell us if guests are to be dropped at several addresses. The order should be settled in advance so the party knows what follows the arena pickup. For a next-morning flight, it may be more comfortable to return to an airport hotel than to build an immediate terminal departure around an uncertain concert finish. Journey cost is confirmed at booking for the addresses, class and waiting arrangement agreed.
