01 — VIP chauffeur service

Private travel with clear journey details

A VIP assignment may be booked by the passenger, an assistant, a family office or a host. We establish who can amend the journey, who receives updates and which contact the chauffeur uses at each pickup. The itinerary can cover a single transfer or an extended sequence of appointments, hotels, venues and airports. Names, addresses and timing notes stay specific to each journey, allowing the passenger experience to remain composed and unobtrusive.

Private travel can expose personal routines, internal meetings and locations that are not public. The documented conduct standard includes discretion, alongside punctuality, professional presentation and considerate assistance throughout the assignment. An NDA can be requested before travel. We review its scope, parties and signing process in good time, and record any special communication preferences in writing with the booking.

02 — From enquiry to arrival

How a VIP chauffeur travel booking runs

  1. Identify the authorised booker, passenger and update recipients.
  2. Record every address, entrance, fixed commitment and luggage need.
  3. Agree communication preferences and any requested NDA process.
  4. Review approved changes against the remaining itinerary.
  5. Complete the final handover using the recorded contact instruction.

03 — VIP itinerary management

One schedule across several journeys

We review the day as a sequence, noting fixed arrival targets, possible overruns, access points and the time required between locations. That approach is especially useful when an airport arrival leads directly to meetings, hospitality or a private address. The authorised contact passes on changes through the agreed channel, keeping the plan clear. When a revision affects the next collection or planned finish, we review the remaining itinerary before the chauffeur proceeds.

The chauffeur follows the passenger's preference for conversation and assistance without creating unnecessary interruption. Calls, working time and rest between engagements remain private while the journey follows the organiser's instructions. Hotel, residence and venue meeting points are recorded with more detail than a postcode wherever possible. A reception name, entrance description or nominated host can prevent avoidable calls at sensitive or tightly controlled locations.

05 — Service in motion

The authorised contact keeps the itinerary coherent

Passenger names, precise entrances, update preferences and amendment authority remain attached to the assignment, allowing the chauffeur to keep the cabin composed and unobtrusive.

06 — VIP airport and venue transfers

Connected arrivals without fragmented bookings

For a commercial airport arrival, flight tracking helps the team respond when the flight lands earlier or later than scheduled. Airport meet and greet with a name board is available, but alternative identification instructions can be discussed when a conventional board is unsuitable. The same booking can carry the passenger onward to a hotel, office or engagement. We record separate luggage arrangements and later guest pickups before confirming the vehicle and timings.

First Class is a natural option for an executive saloon journey, while XL supports additional passengers or luggage. The right recommendation follows the full load, desired cabin and itinerary rather than the passenger profile alone. We record the authorised booker, passenger contact, full route, access notes and update preferences. DBS-checked chauffeurs form part of the documented service, vehicle checks are completed before each working shift, and the journey cost is confirmed at booking.
