The return standard
One plan for The O2 holds the entrance, lead passenger and collection landmark.
01 — Approaching the venue
The road and set-down at The O2
From Berkshire, the London route may use the M4 and cross-river roads before reaching Greenwich Peninsula through the A102. The O2 is signed from major approaches, with Millennium Way forming the final vehicle route and tunnel traffic capable of changing the practical arrival time. The full pickup address and requested arrival are checked before dispatch, leaving room for the slower final section of a busy venue journey.
The venue publishes Car Park 1, just off Millennium Way, as its event drop-off and pickup point. The chauffeur uses the signed area and lets passengers out only when directed, then the group follows the pedestrian route towards the arena, indigo or another booked attraction. Any pass, organiser email or accessibility note should be supplied with the booking because a permanent street address cannot describe temporary event controls.

Waiting and collection at The O2
After set-down, the car leaves the active pickup lane and waits in the lawful arrangement made for that event. Event parking availability belongs to the venue's current terms, so FCET records any supplied booking but never invents a space or charge. The office retains the lead passenger, planned finish and onward address while the chauffeur monitors the agreed contact channel.
Car Park 1 remains the shared return reference unless the traffic team changes access. When the show finishes, the chauffeur sends the exact row or landmark and vehicle details; the lead passenger replies before the party walks away from the arena exits. Event finishes are variable, so the collection window allows for the walk, stewarded release and loading before the road journey resumes.

04 — Before the return
Passenger details stay with the car plan
The chauffeur keeps the lead contact, collection landmark, passenger count and onward address together, then assists with the recorded coats, bags or overnight luggage when the group reaches the vehicle.

06 — Across the calendar
Fixtures, roads and onward travel from The O2
The O2 calendar spans arena concerts, comedy, sport and events at its smaller spaces. The linked dated guide follows the ticketed performance, while this permanent venue page explains the Greenwich Peninsula approach and the published car handover point across the calendar. The venue warns that many cars may try to leave through limited road access after an event. The driver keeps the car settled until the party is aboard and the queue moves, then uses the available route towards central London, a hotel or the M4 corridor.
Reading, Wokingham and central London planning figures are listed with the journey links, together with nearby hotel starting points. They are broad road guides for the named centres. Journey cost is confirmed at booking from the complete addresses, event timings, passenger count and vehicle requirement.
