01 — Sports chauffeur service

A journey built around the ticketed occasion

A sports booking begins with the event, venue, date, ticket or hospitality entrance and the time guests should arrive. Twickenham and Wembley match days, Silverstone meetings and Wimbledon visits each need instructions tied to the specific occasion rather than an ordinary map route. The car can collect from a Berkshire home, hotel, office, station or airport, then return the party afterwards. If guests join at several addresses, send the ordered passenger list so every pickup is tested against the hospitality check-in.

Ascot race days and Henley events can concentrate traffic around approaches that are quieter at other times. Passes, enclosure information, host directions and the requested arrival should be shared before the collection time is fixed. Royal Ascot has its own planning guide, while the events hub covers the wider principles for busy occasion travel. These resources help frame the questions to ask without replacing current directions issued for the ticket or hospitality booking.

Hospitality vehicle choice follows the guest count, collection order, carried belongings and whether the party travels together.

03 — Reading FC hospitality

Select Car Leasing Stadium and the Madejski name

Reading FC hospitality takes place at Select Car Leasing Stadium, the venue many guests still recognise by its former Madejski Stadium name. We use the entrance, parking or reception instruction shown on the current hospitality documents alongside the general stadium postcode. A local collection can begin in Reading, Wokingham or elsewhere in the Thames Valley. Match traffic affects both arrival and release, so the return meeting point and communication method should be agreed before passengers enter the stadium.

Major venues may use temporary traffic plans, restricted roads or designated vehicle areas. The chauffeur follows lawful on-the-day directions and gets as close to the instructed handover as access permits; a recognisable gate is not necessarily reachable by car. We confirm the agreed drop-off before leaving the vehicle and expect the return location to differ. The organiser should identify the passenger carrying the operative mobile, particularly when several guests have tickets issued under one host.

04 — Service in motion

One guest carries the operative return plan

The lead contact keeps the agreed post-event landmark and communication method while the chauffeur follows lawful access and the destination order recorded for the group.

06 — Group hospitality cars

Mercedes V-Class and coordinated vehicles

XL Class, represented by the Mercedes V-Class, can keep a small guest group together. Several vehicles may be organised when attendees start from different places or when the passenger and luggage load is better divided across the itinerary. Business and First suit individual guests, while Business Estate, XL and SUV add different combinations of seating and luggage room. Final selection follows the group and collection order, not the status of the invitation.

A scheduled final whistle, last race or end of play provides the starting point for planning. Hospitality, presentations, weather interruptions and controlled exits can all influence when the group reaches the meeting place. We record the published programme, expected departure preference, onward dinner or hotel commitment and the authorised organiser. Journey cost is confirmed at booking, vehicles are checked before each working shift, and chauffeur conduct includes punctuality, discretion and considerate assistance.
