01 — Event chauffeur service

Travel planned around the occasion

An event booking starts with more than a venue name. We ask for the ticket or hospitality entrance, requested arrival, passenger contact and expected finish, then consider how road closures, pedestrian areas or a restricted forecourt could affect the handover. The service can cover a direct return journey, a car available through part of the day or several vehicles carrying separate groups. Each movement is recorded against the event programme so guests and organisers have an intelligible transport plan.

Race meetings create concentrated traffic before the first contest and again after the programme finishes. A chauffeur collection is therefore set from the chosen entrance and hospitality check-in time, with a sensible allowance for the venue approach rather than an ordinary-day estimate. Royal Ascot is a useful example of why tickets, enclosure information and host instructions matter. Our dedicated event guide explains the local planning considerations, while the broader events hub helps with other occasion-led journeys.

Event vehicle choice follows the guest list, separate collection points, carried items and the cabin needed between commitments.

03 — Rugby and tennis chauffeur

Match-day travel without a guessed meeting point

For rugby or tennis, the most recognisable gate may not be reachable by car at the busiest time. We record the admission details and any hospitality correspondence, allowing us to record an appropriate drop-off and a separate post-event collection location if required. Return plans should identify whether everyone leaves together or different guests have onward arrangements. A rail connection, hotel check-in or dinner reservation after play needs to appear in the itinerary before the reporting time is finalised.

Concert venues often release a large audience onto surrounding roads at once. Agreeing a collection landmark in advance makes the meeting more practical, especially when temporary restrictions prevent the chauffeur from returning to the exact drop-off position. Because performance endings can vary, the booking should include the published schedule and a passenger mobile. The chauffeur and travelling party can then follow the agreed communication method when the venue begins clearing.

04 — Service in motion

The return begins from a saved landmark

The booking holds the event programme, guest contact and agreed collection location so the chauffeur can confirm access before the travelling party walks from the venue.

06 — Corporate hospitality transport

Guest cars and group movements

Hosted events may bring clients from offices, stations, airports and hotels. We can arrange separate cars around those origins, provided the organiser supplies passenger names, contact ownership and the point at which each group joins the hospitality programme. XL Class is well suited to a small party travelling together, while First or Business Class may suit individual guests. Business Estate and SUV add further luggage options, with the final choice based on occupancy and the complete load.

Before confirmation, share the event date, full venue, entrance, ticket timings, collection addresses and all onward commitments. If the organiser will not travel, identify both the person receiving updates and the guest who will meet the chauffeur. The journey cost is confirmed at booking once the route and operating window are clear. Chauffeur conduct covers punctuality, discretion, professional presentation and considerate assistance, while vehicle checks are completed before the working shift begins.
