Chauffeur promise
Every detail, considered.
Your DBS-checked chauffeur arrives punctually, handles every detail and keeps the journey calm, discreet and effortless.
Before collection, our team confirms the itinerary and monitors live travel conditions. Airport bookings include flight tracking and a coordinated meet-and-greet, while every journey includes help with luggage and direct 24/7 support if your plans change.
Choosing Business Class
When to choose this class
Business Class is the practical starting point for one passenger or a small party moving between an office, hotel, restaurant, station or airport. The cabin seats up to four, while the page's luggage guide is one to three bags. Those two figures need to be considered together: four occupants with several large cases create a different requirement from one traveller carrying a laptop bag and one case.
The listed vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz EQE, E-Class or BMW 5 Series. Allocation sits within the class rather than promising one particular badge for every booking. If a specific access need, item of luggage or cabin requirement affects suitability, describe it when enquiring so the team can assess the requested movement before the journey is confirmed.
Cabin practicalities
Space to prepare between appointments
A saloon can suit a passenger who wants a quieter interval between calls or meetings. Certified Lightning and USB-C charging is shown in the Business Class photography, and the cabin amenities displayed include water, tissues and sanitising towelettes. Bring the cable or adapter needed for any device that uses another connection, and keep essential work items with you rather than packing them beneath larger luggage.
If colleagues plan to talk through confidential work, tell the chauffeur only what is needed to operate the route. The documented conduct standard includes discretion and conversation that follows the passenger's lead. Names, meeting subjects and documents do not need to be discussed simply because the travel is corporate. The important operational details are the passenger contact, addresses, timings and authorised route changes.
Luggage planning
Describe the complete load, not only the bag count
One to three bags is a useful first guide, but luggage dimensions and shape matter. A large hard-shell case, garment carrier, presentation kit or boxed equipment may use space differently from a compact cabin bag. Tell FCET about every item, including anything fragile or unusually shaped, before collection. The booking team can then check whether Business Class remains suitable or whether another fleet class is more practical.
At collection, keep medicines, identity documents, keys and devices in a personal bag that stays with you. If luggage will be added at an intermediate stop, include it in the original load description. A vehicle that works at the first address must still be suitable after another passenger and their cases join the itinerary.
Journey brief
Make the fixed appointment the centre of the plan
For a meeting or dinner, supply the full entrance address and the time the passenger needs to be inside, not only the event start time. Add reception instructions, a host contact or a nearby lawful set-down note when one has been issued. For a sequence of appointments, list every stop in order and identify which commitment cannot move if an earlier conversation runs over.
For an airport journey, include the flight number, terminal, complete luggage list and passenger mobile. Booked arrivals use flight tracking and an agreed meet-and-greet instruction. Departures should be planned from the required terminal arrival rather than from a preferred driving duration. Clear detail lets Business Class serve the whole movement rather than only the miles between two postcodes.
