Chauffeur promise
Every detail, considered.
Your DBS-checked chauffeur arrives punctually, handles every detail and keeps the journey calm, discreet and effortless.
Before collection, our team confirms the itinerary and monitors live travel conditions. Airport bookings include flight tracking and a coordinated meet-and-greet, while every journey includes help with luggage and direct 24/7 support if your plans change.
Choosing XL Class
When to choose this class
XL Class uses the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and can carry up to six passengers. Its luggage guide runs from five to twelve bags, depending on the party and the size and shape of the load. That range makes it useful for families, colleagues and airport groups, but it should not be read as twelve large cases alongside six occupants. Give FCET the complete passenger and bag list so the proposed layout can be checked.
A shared vehicle can make coordination simpler when everyone starts and finishes together. It is less useful when passengers arrive on unrelated flights, need different drop-offs or plan to leave an event at different times. In those cases, separate movements may create a clearer plan. The booking brief should reflect the group's real schedule rather than assume that one large cabin automatically solves every sequence.
Seating plan
Arrange people, child seats and handovers before travel
Child seats and booster seats are available on request. State each child's needs when enquiring, together with the number of adults and children travelling, so seating can be considered as part of the booking rather than added at the kerb. If a parent, assistant or group lead will not ride in the vehicle, identify the person authorised to give instructions and the adult expected at each handover.
The V-Class cabin also suits colleagues who need to travel together between a hotel, office, conference or airport. Nominate one lead contact for updates. A single clear instruction is especially useful when a flight changes, a meeting overruns or an event release point moves, because the chauffeur should not have to reconcile different messages from several members of the party.
Luggage and equipment
Use dimensions as well as a bag total
The XL photography illustrates flexible storage for cases and larger items such as a pushchair, bicycle or pet carrier. These items vary substantially, and their presence can change the usable passenger or luggage space. Describe what is travelling, whether it folds or separates, and its approximate dimensions. Protective packing and any handling instruction should be settled by the passenger before collection.
Count the luggage that joins at later stops, not only what is present at the first address. Keep passports, medication, keys and essential devices in a smaller personal bag where practical. If the party has an unusually large or valuable load, ask the booking team to review the proposed arrangement rather than treating the upper bag figure as an automatic fit guarantee.
Group itinerary
Give every passenger the same meeting plan
For an airport collection, share the flight, terminal, passenger contacts and the name of the group lead. Booked arrivals use flight tracking and a meet-and-greet instruction, but people can leave baggage reclaim at different times. Agree whether the party will assemble before meeting the chauffeur or whether one person will make contact once everyone is ready. That avoids splitting the group across the terminal and vehicle meeting point.
For conferences, events or family days, record the outward entrance, useful arrival time and later collection point. Temporary access controls or crowds can make the morning set-down unsuitable for the return. A recognisable fallback position and one authorised contact give the group a shared next step. If some passengers have another destination, include the full sequence before choosing whether one XL journey or separate cars fits best.
