Chauffeur promise

Every detail, considered.

Your DBS-checked chauffeur arrives punctually, handles every detail and keeps the journey calm, discreet and effortless.

Before collection, our team confirms the itinerary and monitors live travel conditions. Airport bookings include flight tracking and a coordinated meet-and-greet, while every journey includes help with luggage and direct 24/7 support if your plans change.

Choosing SUV Class

When to choose this class

SUV Class uses the Range Rover LWB and carries up to four passengers, with one to four bags shown as the luggage guide. The elevated seating and spacious cabin shown in the photography may suit a traveller who prefers this vehicle format for a business day, airport movement or private itinerary. Passenger comfort still depends on the party, the complete load and any access requirement supplied at booking.

A four-person party with four large cases should not assume the same fit as one passenger with four compact items. Tell FCET how many adults and children are travelling, what each person will bring and whether anything has an unusual shape. The booking team can then consider the requested SUV Class against the actual movement rather than using passenger and bag figures in isolation.

Cabin experience

Settle in without losing sight of the itinerary

The SUV Class chapters show the leather cabin, refreshments and Lightning and USB-C charging. These details can support a comfortable interval between commitments, but practical preparation begins with the route. Supply the exact entrance, passenger mobile, required arrival and every stop. Bring the cable or adapter needed for a device that uses a different connection, and keep critical work or travel items in a personal bag.

The documented chauffeur conduct standard includes discretion, professional presentation and considerate assistance. Conversation follows the passenger's lead. If an assistant has arranged the journey, agree who receives updates and who can authorise changes before departure. Clear responsibility is particularly useful on a multi-stop day, when an extra request could affect a later appointment or collection.

Boot planning

Match one to four bags to their real dimensions

Bag numbers are only a first description of the load. Rigid cases, garment carriers, mobility equipment, boxed items and presentation materials occupy space in different ways. Share the type and approximate dimensions of anything outside ordinary luggage. If another traveller and their cases will join later, include them in the total from the outset so suitability is checked for the fullest part of the journey.

The chauffeur can provide considerate assistance with luggage, but the passenger should secure fragile items in suitable packaging and keep medicines, documents, keys and essential electronics accessible. If a load is especially large, an XL or Business Estate arrangement may be more appropriate. Raising the detail before confirmation gives the team time to discuss the practical fleet choice.

From door to door

Build the plan around the passenger's required arrival

For an airport departure, identify the terminal and when the passenger needs to be there, then supply the collection address and luggage list. For an arrival, provide the flight number and passenger contact and follow the agreed meet-and-greet instruction after completing the airport process. Flight tracking helps coordinate the booking, while direct contact remains important if baggage or border formalities delay the meeting.

For office, hotel, restaurant or event travel, use the named entrance rather than a broad postcode where possible. Say whether the vehicle is needed again and record a separate return point if the chauffeur cannot meet at the outward set-down. When several stops form one itinerary, list them in order and identify the commitment that cannot move, so the plan is based on the whole day.
