Choosing First Class

When to choose this class

First Class uses the Mercedes-Benz W223 S-Class and is arranged for airport, business and private journeys where the rear passenger experience is the priority. The cabin can carry up to four passengers, with one to three bags shown as the luggage guide. A single traveller or pair will have a different use of the space from a full party, so both the seating plan and luggage should be described when booking.

Choosing First Class is not only a question of journey length. It can be appropriate when the passenger wants a settled interval before an appointment, a clearly coordinated airport handover or a composed return after an event. Exact addresses, required arrival time and any mobility or access note remain more important to the plan than the class name alone.

Rear cabin

Controls, privacy and comfort within reach

The First Class photography shows adjustable rear seating, privacy blinds, a panoramic sunroof and passenger controls for cabin functions. Certified charging is also shown. These features let the traveller shape how they spend the journey, whether that means reading, working quietly or simply taking a pause between commitments. A passenger who needs a particular setup should mention it before collection rather than relying on an unstated assumption.

Discretion is part of the documented chauffeur conduct standard. The chauffeur can assist with the journey and luggage while leaving conversation to the passenger's lead. If an assistant or family member is coordinating the movement, agree in advance who receives travel updates and who may change a stop. That keeps the cabin calm and prevents competing instructions from reaching the chauffeur during the journey.

The one-to-three-bag guide describes quantity, not a guarantee that every combination of three items will fit. Large rigid cases, long garment carriers, mobility equipment and presentation materials all have distinct shapes. Share the size and type of each item when requesting the car. If the complete load is better suited to Business Estate, XL or another arrangement, it is useful to discover that before the chauffeur reaches the collection address.

Keep passports, medicines, keys and essential electronics in the cabin with you where practical. Include anything collected later in the itinerary when describing the load. An airport arrival that continues via a second passenger's address, for example, must account for that person's luggage as well as the cases already in the vehicle.

A complete itinerary

Plan the handover as carefully as the road journey

For an airport arrival, provide the flight number, terminal and passenger mobile, then follow the meeting instruction supplied with the booking. Flight tracking supports the collection timing, but the passenger still needs to complete the airport process and reach the agreed public meeting location. If baggage or another issue delays that handover, direct contact helps the team understand the passenger's progress.

For business or private travel, name the exact door, reception or venue entrance and work backwards from when the passenger needs to arrive inside. Include every stop and say whether the vehicle is required again later. A dinner, meeting or event may have separate set-down and return points, so record both rather than assuming the chauffeur can remain at the first kerb throughout.
